Alex and Elizabeth’s shaker style kitchen is the epitome of timeless style and sophistication – the perfect space for cooking, relaxing and socialising. Having previously worked with Palazzo, the client requested a complete top to bottom renovation – our Handmade range was the perfect fit for the project.
Within the space, the fabulous kitchen island with Cosentino Sensa Ice Blue worktop and walnut butcher block takes centre stage, with the shape beautifully reflected in the ceiling detail above. A walnut breakfasting table at the island’s opposite end provides perfect balance and harmony. A spotlit shelving area was also added to provide additional storage for books and kitchenware. For cooking, a minimalist Bora Full Flex Puxu Hob was placed at the heart of the worktop, ensuring an odour-free environment without any cooker hood requirement.
Custom-made units are prominent throughout, from the bifold drinks unit with antique mirroring, to the larder storage with engraved scoop box drawers for easy identification.
A tall Gaggenau cooling wine fridge was integrated centrally within the handmade units, with custom-made niches placed above for additional storage and decor.
Final finishing flourishes include handles from Crofts & Assinder, twin ovens and dishwashers by Miele, and a Quooker 3 in 1 tap.
A classically elegant space which will last a lifetime and a fantastic client to work with.
